Chelsea Bicentennial Park

Chelsea Bicentennial Park

Bicentennial park is amazing. The child-proof gates make you feel as if you are in another world. There are toadstool houses with musical bells, a train competition with ticket stand, swings galore, and all of this is around a central mountain with large slides. There are many tables and chairs available for family picnics. You could spend hours exploring the various areas. This park is also surrounded by bike paths and open green spaces, making it a complete package.

It is located a bit north of the Peninsula, but it is easy to access via Peninsula Link. Highly recommended.

There is no better place to hold a birthday party than this!

There are plenty of open spaces, picnic tables, barbecues, and multiple undercover Rotundas that make this a great place to gather the family and friends.

You can also find different areas in the playground that will entertain children of all ages.

It is worth a visit if you have never been. Your kids will love it and be full of energy as they bounce around on all the amazing equipment.
A delightful play area with many whimsical and fun elements. The play area is centred around two large mound slides. You can choose the slide that excite you most. The slides are located next to a Smurf Village with a story hut, music hut, and play hut. There is also a mooing cow at the center of the village.

Other elements include sculptural plants, Tinkerbelle-sandpit sandpit, Tinkerbelle-sandpit sandpit, Tinkerbelle-sandpit sandpit, giant basket swing, hammock and Mount Chelsea Express train.

A Liberty swing is available. There are shelters with tables and barbecues, as well as toilets, benches, and seats, including some very special curved ones. This area is enclosed by fencing with child-proof gates.

Although there is some exercise equipment for adults in another area, it’s not close to the playground. The skate park is great for older kids, as well as the large green area where you can kick a ball.

The playground also has a number of picnic and barbecue shelters that can be booked, as well as public toilets and change rooms. There is ample parking. Community events are often held at the park by the council.

The council is currently undergoing major renovations at Bicentennial Park in order to improve skate park facilities, create a youth precinct, and add additional park facilities.
