Rangebank is a medium-sized school with around 400 students situated in Cranbourne within the South East of Melbourne. The community we live in has an enduring and proud link to the region. Here at Rangebank we are proud to be a home for various different cultures. Our school is proud of being the first state-run elementary school in Australia to provide Hindi starting from kindergarten through grade 6. Additionally, Rangebank has a strong relationship with India and has a other sister school is located in Delhi that we go to once a year, and then host for the next year.

After a review in the year 2019 Rangebank has established a clear plan to continue expansion and improvements. The focus on development and improvement covers all aspects of the school, including academic excellence, promoting student well-being, creating a stunning environment , and strengthening relationships with the community. The foundation of all this are the values that we have created with our community:

At Rangebank we are focused on positive behavior and applaud those who live by our ideals. Our focus is on positive behaviours because believe that when we’re courteous, safe, and kind and learning and being learners, we are the best that we are as individuals and as a entire school community. The values that our entire school has agreed to are clearly displayed, practiced and recognized.

Rangebank Primary School has put in a lot of effort over the past 18 months to increase the number of employees on our employees. Research has repeatedly shown that one of the key factors in improving the performance of students can be the quality of the teaching. We have a keen focus on professional development and have established teams of cohesion throughout our school in order to make sure that we offer a high-quality uniform and differentiated curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students. Our team of teaching and learning is directed by an assistant principal. It is comprised of two Learning Specialists, who are dedicated to improving the quality of the teaching and learning at our school.

At Rangebank We understand how important it is to prepare students to be prepared to learn. We are focused on providing an environment that is safe and organized. environment that offers flexible learning spaces in the classroom that help students to manage themselves. We also place a heavy commitment to wellbeing via our wellbeing team’s approach. The team is led by an assistant principal. The team includes psychologist, youth worker and the Primary Welfare Officer. They collaborate closely with families in order to assist students and provide assistance to families in times of need.
